2017 SU Holiday Catalog Product Spotlight-Painted Harvest

Welcome to the 2017 SU Holiday Catalog Product Spotlight Blog Tour!

5 days featuring new product to inspire you.  We are starting with the Painted Harvest Stamp Set from page 48-49 of the catalog.  It's part of the Painted Autumn Suite and there are so many products that coordinate.  I have a lot to share with you today so lets take a look at the stamp set first.  It's 13 photopolymer stamps that have a watercolor feel.

One of the first things I did was experiment with some color- this beautiful flower looks great is so many color combinations!

I love home decor projects so I created this sweet project for a co-worker
friend to remind her how grateful I am for our friendship.

Love creating these mini canvas works of art!

2nd project was this sweet card with a fun fold!  Added the Painted Autumn DSP to the front of the card to match the colors of the sunflower.

3rd project features the greeting from the stamp set to create a gift box of Thank you cards - using a different piece of DSP makes each card just unique.  Great way to show off this beautiful DSP.

These 4 cards and envelopes will go into one of the NEW Acetate Card Boxes and will make a great gift!

For more inspiration head over to Teresa Snyder-Granberry by clicking on her name.
If you arrived here from Thersa's blog then head over to Jenn Van Wart to be inspired.

More great ideas with brand new products the next 4 days- plan to stop back each day to be inspired!

If you'd like more information on any of the products I used in these projects, leave a comment . You can ship 24/7 by clicking on the SHOP NOW button on this blog - remember to use Host Code D9HVHW2G.

Blessings, Missy

January 2017 Remarkably Creative Blog Tour

Welcome to 2017!  We are so glad you joined us!  This month we are focusing on Valentine's Day and while I love the Valentine Set in the Occasions Catalog I decided to create a Valentine card with another set.  I'm focusing on clean and simple cards this week so here's my card to share with you-

Not a traditional red and white Valentine, but I love the subtle shades of this card.  This card starts with a Smokey Slate Card base, added a layer of Blushing Bride Cardstock that is embossed with the new Falling Petals Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  The adorable t-shirt stamped image is from the Custom Tee Stamp Set and Tie Dyed Stamp Set.  It was die cut using the T-shirt Builders Framlits Dies.  Added Smokey Slate 1/8" Stitched Ribbon to finish the card.

Are you a traditional or non-traditional Valentine person?

Remember Sale A Bration is going on and you can receive Free product with every $50 purchase!

Questions or want to place an order- contact me!

Blessings, Missy

Remarkable Blog Tour - Get Moving!

It's time again for our monthly blog tour! This month our theme is Get Moving!   Get moving....some suggestions were sports, new home, graduation.  I really struggled with this theme for two reasons, I've been very distracted - spending all my free time helping my daughter as she has been in and out of the hospital after the birth of her first child, and snuggling my beautiful grandson.  Very hard to focus on anything else.

I finally came up with what I wanted to do when I went to spin class on Tuesday.  I needed a place to track my daily food and exercise as it is time to get serious and get healthy!

So here is what I came up with:

Started with one of our Wood Mount Cases

Created a cover that fits between the case and plastic cover.  Needed something to motivate me - sneakers and chubby legs and the reminder to "Get Moving"!  Just a few framelits and thinnlit dies, embossing folder, some cardstock, and twine.

Here's what I have inside a tablet, pen and several note cards that have 30 day exercise challenges on them.  Looking forward to tracking my progress.

Easy project and looking forward to using it!

Supplies:

Cardstock:  Whisper White # 100730 (2 scrap pieces & 2 pieces 1" x 1 3/4"),
Tempting Turquoise #102067 (5" x 7"), Blushing Bride # 131198 (2 pieces 1 1/2" x 4"),
Real Red #102482 (2 pieces 3 1/4" x 2') Daffodil Delights # 119683 (scraps),
 Basic Black  #121045 (scraps)
Wood Mount Stamp Case- Full size  #127551
Painted Blooms Cotton Twine #137873
Big Shot Cutting Machine #113439
Stylish Strips Textured Embossing Folder #132174
Circles Collection Framelits #130911
Little Letters Thinlits # 133730
Snail Adhesive #104332
Glue Dots #103683

Thanks for stopping by and if you like my project feel free to Pin it and remember there's still time for Free Shipping!  Details on my website!
