RemARKably Created Blog Tour-July 2018

Happy Sunday and I'm so glad you stopped by our Blog Hop today!
This month on the blog tour we were asked to create with at least one new product from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog.  So I have been creating a lot lately and here is my project for today!
I found this wooden and metal piece at a local hobby store in the clearance section (love a great deal!)
While I debated what I would create for this piece I finally decided  it will be a seasonal greeting board for my office.  So I started with Christmas  - I know, I know it's only July, but I've been creating a lot of holiday items prepping for holiday craft fairs.  So here is my project-

Supplies used-
Real Red, Old Olive and Whisper White Cardstock
Real Red Classic Ink
Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels
Real Red 1/8" Solid Ribbon
Silver Foil Sheets
Large Letter Framelits
Under the Mistletoe Designer Series Paper
Stitched Season Framelits Dies

I used 2 brand new items on this project - the Under the Mistletoe DSP -which I love!-from the 2018-2019 Annual Catalog and on the cute tag above I used the Stitched Season Framelits for the base and the branches.  These framelits are available to demonstrators in July.  Not a demonstrator - this bundle can be included in your starter kit and can be yours in July!  You will so want this bundle!
This bundle includes a 2 case stamp set - Blended Seasons and the Stitched Season Framelits.
The bundle is available to customers while supplies last (limited quantity) starting Aug 1st.
Enjoy all the great creations on this blog hop and leave a comment - we all love to hear from each of you viewing our blogs!

Blessings, Missy

Honey & Hog Event

Sorry this post is so late today but I wanted to share my day with you.  I spent most of the day vending at a local event- Honey & Hog.  This event is held in June at the historic Dill's Tavern in Dillsburg, Pa.

The Tavern  was open for tours and the board members were cooking fresh made sausage sandwiches - oh so good!  There was also a local beekeeper there - he gave 2 talks and had honey, infused honey and other products created from honey and beeswax for sale - the Orange Ginger Honey was delicious on chicken!

There was live music thoughout the day and several vendors.

There was a working blacksmith on site also- he was in this buidling.

Another vendor and I were set up in the barn.
Here were my tables today

I love sharing what I love with others!

Blessings, Missy

All That's New- RemARKably Created Blog Tour

Welcome to the June RemARKabley Created Blog Tour- All That's New!

I'm so excited about the 2018 Stampin Up Catalog,

So many new stamp sets, papers in new colors and designs, ribbons, embellishments and tools!

I've been sharing some cards I've been creating and some of the cards I received from a SWAP I participated in .  Today I thought I'd share a Sampler I created with the Very Vintage Host set and some of the embellishments.

This beautiful framed art is 12 inch x 12 inch- background cardstock is Very Vanilla.
Next Layer is 10 inch x 10 inch piece from the Nature's Poem Designer Series Paper.
Each stamped piece is on Very Vanilla Cardstock(2 3/4 square or  2 3/4 inches x 6 inches) and layered on Rich Razzleberry Cardstock (3 inches square or 3 inches x 6 1/4 inches).
The bees on the bottom left, middle center and top right are fussy cut and added to a stamped image to give dimension.

Ink Colors used are Basic Black, Rich Razzleberry, Pear Pizzazz & Crumb Cake.

Embellishments used- Pearlized Doilies, Share What You Love Artisan Pearls, and 1/4 inch Velvet Ribbon in Rich Razzleberry

I hope you enjoyed my project!

Blessings, Missy

Remarkably Created Blog Tour- Bundled Up

Welcome to the January 2018 Remarkably Creative Blog Tour.  The theme this month is Bundled Up and we are focusing on the Occasions Catalog Bundle Sets!   I chose the Petal Palette Bundle on page 23 of the Occasions Catalog. I love the line images which are great to color and the black and white designer series paper that is shown with this bundle.

Bundles are a great value as you save 10% off the total cost of the stamp set and thinlets .
I'm having a great time creating with this bundle and I'm super excited to share my project with YOU!
Ready... Here's a close up  - Hard to see but the roses have Wink of Stella on them and the greeting and bird are heat embossed in Silver Embossing Powder.  Powder Pink, Basic Black and Whisper White Cardstock  were used and some Silver foil.  The roses and leaves are colored with our Blends!

The greeting is from the  Ribbons of Courage stamp set from our Annual Catalog- page 96.

The project is a Framed Art piece that fits into a 5 x 7 inch shadowbox frame,  The flower image is stamped 3 times and smaller sections are cut out each time and raised with dimensionals.

It looks great sitting on my antique table!

This is being offered as a local and long distance class in Feb. so check back for my class schedule!

Enjoy the rest of the tour! Next stop is Janet's blog-

Sale A Bration Kick Off Blog Hop

Time for some create inspiration!  I love Blog Hops- so many great samples ways to create.

I'm featuring  a stamp set that I knew I just had to have Flying Home.  Beautiful images to color.
I love creating Framed Art and I knew these images would make a beautiful piece. Here is my finished project.

This stamp set has 3 larger images and 5 smaller images.  The stamped images were colored in with our blend markers.  These alcohol markers are wonderful for shading.

I even added some Wink of Stella - my photos don't show it, but I love the shimmer.
If you'd like to create this project I'll be offering a class in Feb so you can create your own.  There will be a long distance class offered also with a video to take you step by step.

Remember the Occasion & Sale-A-Bration catalogs go live tomorrow- if you need a catalog please contact me.  Enjoy the rest of the Blog Hop!

Christmas in the Making

I love creating Framed Art pieces.  When I saw the Christmas in the Making stamp set I loved the Reto look of the images and I couldn't wait to color those images with our new Blends.  This was such a fun project!

This is one of the samples from the catalog.

Here is the project I created.

I love how this framed art turned out!  And so did the excited customer that purchased this framed art piece at the Dillsburg Christmas Market last weekend!

You still have a few days to order this stamp set before it retires.
Christmas in the Making # 144841 (wood) $25.00    #144845 (clear) $18.00
